HOW GOOD ARE YOU WILLING TO LET YOUR LIFE BE?

Ramona introduced new members and guests and asked for updates since our last meeting. Eddie Conner provided another on-point meditation. Eddie has several meditation CD’s available for sale on his website www.eddieconner.com/store.

There was an “Abraham Live” seminar this past weekend which Ramona purchased. A segment was shown to the group.

How can we make 2014 the best year ever?

To make anything better, it must be improved by changing our existing patterns. We need to embrace the concept of change which can be difficult for some. At times this means adapting; but there can be some thoughts and behaviors that must be eliminated. It’s not impossible. But it does require staying on our high flying disc (HFD) and remaining aware so that when old patterns show themselves, they can be replaced or improved. The key is not to look back from a position on a low flying disc. We must be in the moment and on our HFD. So in these moments, think about whatever makes you happy and make sure you are on an HFD before implementing the change.

Accepting, appreciating and embracing great things will bring forward more great experiences, people and circumstances for us to enjoy and embrace.

Here are some thoughts shared by the group. First, set your intention for the year. Look for nuggets of greatness. Believe you are invisible and can get whatever you want. Joy is in the journey. Forgive and let go of any resentment. Start doing self-love activities such as mirror work, yoga, become wheat free, self-exploration, watch Hay House videos, and become self-compassionate.

Ramona read the following quote from Abraham:
“Reduce your workload by 30%, and increase your fun load by 30%, and you will increase your revenues by 100% and your productivity by 10,000%. More fun, less struggle, more results on all fronts!”

Another amazing quote came from the Persian poet, Hafiz.
“Fear is the cheapest room in the house. I’d like to see you in better living conditions.”

Some additional thoughts on making 2014 the best year ever were: Listen to your heart and spirit, create your life’s vocation, appreciate-appreciate-appreciate, be with like-minded people, believe that whatever you believe you will achieve, increase your service for others. Meditate, embrace new things, allow change, make better choices, choose love, choose happiness, speak up for your highest best self, become courageous to come from a place of self-love, and let go of guilt for the joy of it.

Louise Hay has an affirmation in her “I Can Do It” book that is easy to remember and can be used whenever we question what is going on:
“All is well. Everything is working out for my highest good. Out of this situation only good will come. I am safe.”

And Abraham offers the following:
“No matter where I am, I’m in a good place – never in a wrong place. There’s a good reason for my being here. These are clarifying moments.”

Ramona closed the meeting with another excerpt from the Abraham Live workshop. Then she offered the Abraham 30-day Challenge. It is designed to help us kick off 2014 to be the best year ever. For those who were not in attendance, or who did not receive a copy, here it is:

ABE’S 30 DAY APPRECIATION CHALLENGE:
As communicated by Abraham -
When you got to bed tonight…
1. Set forth the intention to slumber into your alignment with source, which
you always do.
And then set forth the intention that when you awaken in the morning, that
you will just slide back into this physical body in an attitude of appreciation.
2. Before you sleep, go through a list of things that are very easy for you to
appreciate so you set the tone of the environment into which you will
reemerge into in the morning.

When you awaken in the morning…
1. Lie in your bed and move over, and move through your mind this list of
things that you are appreciating.
2. And then go right from there to brushing your teeth and doing whatever
you need to do immediately,
3. And then go right to your chair of meditation and bring yourself again into
vibrational alignment with well-being. Only this time you’re not doing it
because you are asleep, you’re wide awake, and you are tuning yourself to
the vibration of who you are.
4. Then get up from your meditation chair and go right to the kitchen and
find something that is delicious and refreshing to eat. And as you are eating
it, sit with an attitude of appreciation.
5. And once you’ve finished eating your delicious meal, whatever it might
be, then sit with your paper and pen and make a list of things that you
appreciate. Just write the things that flow forth from you easily.
Note: Don’t make it a list of things you should appreciate, the things that
you do appreciate.
And if you will do that tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the
next day…. Before you know it, in 30 days, you will have set the tone of
seeing the world through the eyes of source in a way that you have never
done before. And then you will not be asking us what its like to be pure positive energy,
because you’ll know it viscerally. You’ll feel it in every fiber
of your being!
