LOVE YOURSELF EXERCISE

This is the "Love Yourself" exercise Ramona discussed at the February 7 Zoom meeting.  Start and end your day with this exercise to enhance self love.  After two to three weeks you will see an improvement in the way you feel about yourself, good things will come your way, and everything just seems to fall into place. Feel free to use your own words. Consider reproducing the exercise and placing it on your mirror so you see it first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

Hug yourself and say out loud "I love you so much".

While looking in a mirror, smile and say:
    You are a brilliant person.
    You are looking great today.
    Look at you, so full of potential.
    You are worth the very best life has to offer.
    You are amazing. Do you know how amazing you are?
    Look at the kindness in your eyes and in your smile.
    You are so lovable.
    You can do anything, or be anything you wish.
    I believe in you.
    I love you.
    I love you.
    I love you.
