Ramona welcomed the group and asked Eddie Conner to lead us in a meditation.  Eddie’s meditation is available on you tube.  CLICK HERE.  

The opening video was “Do This and YouCan Change Thoughts!”  New Law of Attraction, 2016, Abraham Hicks and addressed thinking and listening.  Some of the main points are:
-You can’t talk and listen at the same time.
-Stop broadcasting
-Inner being is always communicating and thinking to us; all we have to do is     get still and listen.
-Meditation and relaxation is a pure form of receiving from infinite intelligence.
-Take a walk and attune to mature because this lifts your soul’s vibration.
-When we choose to feel good we connect to non-physical.
-Don’t force our thoughts to produce what we want; be in the flow for the joy of it which helps manifest our thought-desires easier.
-Don’t let your mind fight with your soul.
-Release and allow yourself to feel gentle thoughts.
-Harmonize your mind and heart at the same time so you’re in unison with your inner being.
-Play with seeing your life as Source sees your life.
-Breathe in love, light, ease and joy deliberately for the desire of it.

Ramona shared the Abraham Hicks EmotionalGuidance Scale to help participants stair-step their way back into connection with Source.

One thought, one breath, one feeling, and one action at a time.

It is our responsibility to take care of our connection first, to stay in the flow as this vibrates out low frequency people organically.  It doesn’t matter about the old stories or the bad things.  The ONLY thing that matters is the HERE AND NOW.  When we over-analyze things, we reactivate mixed signals that no longer serve us.
Here are some thoughts on moving yourself up the emotional scale:

When you talk to people, especially those in a lower vibration than yours, talk soul to soul from your inner being to their inner being because this elevates yourself AND those you love.

Get peaceful NOW.

Enjoy being aware ON PURPOSE – INTENTIONALLY so you stay in the flow of your true thoughts.

Distract yourself from whatever “ails” you.  Use pets, nature, hiking, music, visualization, and most important, meditation.

Don’t be a reactor; be a deliberate creator and be aware of your pure thoughts.

Put spotlights on all the things that lift your spirits and make your soul sing.

Count your blessings on purpose.

As children we totally believe we can do and be anything we want.  Go back to those moments of vortex-child-like imagination as an adult today.  Then play in your core essence.

Be like a child and have fun watching children create their joyful, happy experiences.

Laugh at life; have fun with it.

Study animals and how they stay in the present moment even when there is danger.  The moment the danger passes the animals go back to their source energy.

Purpose isn’t a thing; it’s a state of being.  Our state of being is our unique brand that we are here to share with ourselves first, then the world second.

Ramona closed with the following Abraham quote:

Rather than trying to monitor your thoughts, we encourage you to simply pay attention to how you are feeling.  For if you should choose a thought that is not in harmony with the way that broader, older, wiser, loving Inner Being part of you sees it, you will feel the discord; and then you can easily redirect your thought to something that feels better and, therefore, serves you better.”
