FINDING THE SWEET SPOT IN RELATIONSHIPS

Ramona welcomed the group and thanked Kathy and Robin for their five years of dedicated service.  PJ and Krista were also thanked for their efforts in producing the DVD of Ina Lukas and the Alchemists’ January visit.

EddieConner provided another inspiring meditation.  Thank you Eddie for taking notes again.

Questions to contemplate---

Do you believe your beliefs are serving you properly?

Do you find yourself easily appreciating people and experiences?

Do you find yourself looking for positive aspects of whatever comes your way?  If “yes” then you have no work other than to be aware of when you aren’t, and cut it out.
    
The Law of Attraction is all about our thoughts.  It works for love and relationships the same as it works for other areas of our lives.  Whatever we have been thinking about our relationships is evidenced by what we are experiencing in our relationships right now.

Abraham emphasizes that we wait to find that sweet spot.  The sweet spot is fun.  It’s about receptivity of feeling good for the joy of it.  We must visualize what we want, bask in what we want, before we get it.  Find the sweet spot in the emotion of it, not in the condition itself. 
Example: think of your dream vacation before you go.  The anticipation of your dreams is the sweet spot.  You don’t have to be living it for it to be sweet.  The receptive mode is the sweet spot.  Whether it be a vacation, a career move, or a love relationship, you can get there beforehand just by being in the receptive mode.  It requires no work.  Don’t write the script – receive it!  Allow it to happen.

We develop patterns in our lives – some good; some bad.  When we discover a bad pattern we must change it by shifting to a higher consciousness using pattern disruption.  When you notice a negative pattern, say “I am disrupting this frequency of hardship, of struggle, of ….”

Our tendency is to see the negative in others.  Instead, see, feel and visualize their positive aspects. We must do the same with ourselves.  See yourself in your new life, in your new home, in your new experience.  This exercise creates great sweet spot manifestations.  Seeing and hearing others through love does the same.

Quote from Deepak Chopra “However good or bad you feel about your relationship, the person you are with at this moment is the right person because he or she is the mirror of who you are inside.”  And he reminds us that everyone we meet is a spiritual guide.

Mastermind Question:  How can I disrupt my current vibration about attracting a love relationship that isn’t broken or needy? 
         Let go of old patterns.
         Make a list of traits you want.
         Polish your own mirror first!  List your own personal attributes.
Don’t lose yourself in others.  Come to each opportunity as complete, healed, and as whole as possible, for the joy of it.
Balance out your giving and receiving ratio.
Love yourself first.
Take naps.
Tell yourself a new story.

Ina Lukas and the Alchemists remind us to breathe into our bodies.  Feel the ecstasy of who we are.  We have access to Source 24/7.  When we have questions, doubts, or are beating ourselves up, stop and breathe and experience Source energy coming into our bodies and filling us with love.  Be kinder, more gentle, and softer with ourselves.

OPENING THE DOOR TO YOUR BEST YEAR EVER

The meeting opened with introductions and EDDIE CONNER (EDDIECONNER.COM) provided a guided visualization to connect members with their highest heart’s desire.

RAMONA showed a video clip of her experience with INA AND THE ALCHEMISTS.  The highlight of her session was when the Alchemists suggested to Ramona that she avoid resistance by envisioning herself as a greased pig, so slippery that she is unable to hold on to the resistant thought.

INA will be at SpiritWorks next Tuesday, January 19, from 7 to 9:30 PM for a special session with Burbank Law of Attraction Group members.  The cost is $45.  INA is a trans-channeller similar to Esther Hicks, and THE ALCHEMISTS are similar to ABRAHAM. The size of the audience is limited so your chance of getting into the “hot seat” is much better. The session will be recorded and we expect to offer DVDs and downloads for sale soon thereafter.

We viewed a segment (Why does he deny himself the practices that work?) from Abraham’s DVD “Laying New Pipes – Cancun 2013”.  Since this is a DVD there is no link available.

RAMONA asked members to share the good parts of their 2015 and why it is important to focus on the good parts. Responses included keeping positive momentum flowing into 2016.  Abraham’s message is about believing you can have what you want; you can create the best life you desire by having fun, flowing energy, laughing, being joyous and being of service to others.  Volunteering is a great way to generate more beautiful energy especially because it feels good to your heart.  Some members use breathing techniques to raise their vibration and their heart’s desire.  Our perceptions are important.  By changing our perception about difficult subjects can open us up to greater ease with those subjects.  Being in a space of allowing can take us into new directions for the joy of it.

MASTERMIND SESSION.  

HOW TO MAINTAIN POSITIVE THOUGHTS.
The first discussion was about maintaining positive thoughts in their purest form.  It’s about what we feel when we think a thought.  When resistance pops up acknowledge it, admit it, speak it out loud.  This can free up the negative frequency and bring clarity.  Look for the good in all situations.  Fear is on the emotional guidance scale – look it up and move to feelings that are higher on the scale.  Upon awakening start your day in an appreciative vortex, a happy, feel-good place, so you stay relaxed throughout the day.  Some say “I am grateful I am alive” when they awake, and “I am grateful for my day” when they go to sleep. Others use the “yes, yes, yes” mantra. 

HOW TO FEEL GOOD WHEN YOU JUST DON’T KNOW THE ISSUE.
Sometimes we don’t know what the problem is, we just don’t feel good.  Trying to find out what our resistance is can create even more resistance so be careful.  Focus on the solution, not the problem because focusing on the negative brings more negative.  Instead, focus on the things that work for us or provide lightness.  FEAR is an acronym for false evidence appearing real.  When we are fearful, acknowledge that it is not real.  Learn to love yourself in an unconditional manner.  Tell yourself the truths you know – “I am a good person”; “I am kind”; “people like me”.  Asking yourself what you love about yourself will help us grow into our power in natural ways.

Go general
Remember you created it so say “Thank Me”.
Say “Everything is always working out for me”.
Take a nap.
Do a rampage of appreciation.
Pivot away from the negative.
Do the placemat process.
Summon life force energy.
Have a sense of humor.
Do Abraham’s 30-day challenge.
Focus on how you want your reality to be.
Live on your high-flying disc.
Watch Abraham videos.
Listen to beautiful music.
Stay in a vacation frequency.
Stay light, fun and adventurous.
Remind yourself how powerful you are.

All of these are great ways to have a sweet ’16.

ARE YOU READY TO STOP BEING SO HARD ON YOURSELF? (The New Step 5)



Ramona welcomed the group and introduced EDDIE CONNER who provided another outstanding guided meditation “Be Kind to Yourself”, otherwise known as “Treehouse”.  And a big thank you to Eddie for taking notes, especially since the recorder did not work this time.  Be sure to check out Eddie’s website for information on his Spiritual Peru Trip.  Deadlines are fast approaching.

After group sharing of our “new stories” the opening video was shown – “The Essence of Step 5”.  

Ramona reviewed Abraham’s first 4 steps and the new step 5, as follows:
ABRAHAM’s 5 STEPS

1.  ASK – Contrast causes asking.
          Do you ever experience contrast?  Source provides us contrast to cause us to send rockets of desire so we can create bigger, better and brighter physical manifestations. 

2.  ALLOW – Source answers by vibrationally assembling everything necessary.
          First, manifest by “going general”. It makes us feel more pure positive energy and provides the Universe with all that is necessary to prepare your manifestation to materialize.

3.  BE AWARE OF EMOTIONS - You find yourself in a vibrational match to what the Vortex has waiting for you.  Always in the direction of alignment.
          When we feel bliss we are in the flow of the Universe’s abundance.  Desperation puts up roadblocks; worrying creates blocks and activates more contrast.  When we vibrate lack we attract lack; when we vibrate joy we attract joy.  Becoming aware of what you say to yourself about yourself, and changing it into positive words can shift us to a higher vibration.  The same words said in different ways can carry different vibrations.

4.  MAINTAIN A RECEPTIVE MODE – More consistently acknowledging the condition hasn’t changed but your alignment has.   It is a matter of having practiced it until you’re consistently there. 
          Align yourself with Source for the sake of aligning, not to make something happen.  Do not become ruffled by what others are living – do an Abe process to soothe yourself about that issue.  Be happy where you are – use an Abe process if needed.  Just be satisfied with what is.  If not familiar with Abe’s processes, a good book to explain them is “Ask and it is Given” by Esther and Jerry Hicks.

5.  ACCEPT CONTRAST - This is the most fun.  Step 5 is WELCOMING CONTRAST. You no longer need to beat yourself up for feeling contrast.  You are sure of where you are and you’re in love with this world of variety.  When a contrasting thing happens, you are able to acknowledge its value.   We are inspired by Source. 
As humans we can choose “from spirit” to enjoy contrast and use it to get back into the vortex.  Condition your core essence to BELIEVE you can have what your heart desires.  Make clear, pure decisions that feel peaceful in your solar plexus to get back into the receiving mode.  Make sure your intention does not carry any attachment – that will make you feel better and put you back in the flow.
